What is BPR?

BPR (Balanced Price Range) – a price range of two overlapping FVGs, which indicates an area where little liquidity was provided.

This tool overlaps significantly with the concept of FVG, but it provides the ability to identify a more precise range from which the price may react.

What does a BPR looks like?

Graphically, the BPR zone is the range where two FVGs intersect. Most often, this occurs in V-shaped movements, where after a strong impulsive move there is a rapid absorption.

How to work with BPR?

Working with BPR can be approached both from the perspective of a POI and also as an Entry Model.

Working with a POI remains exactly the same as with other types of supply or demand zones, but it’s important to mention that trading must always be conducted in context; otherwise, the win rate of such a POI will be quite low.
